This disclaimer applies to the use of MatchFighterX and all content on it. By using the Platform, you accept this disclaimer in addition to the General Terms & Conditions.
Article 2 - No medical or professional advice
Information on MatchFighterX about training, nutrition, injury prevention or combat sports techniques is for information only and does not constitute medical, therapeutic or professional advice. Always consult a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified trainer if in doubt.
Article 3 - Risks of combat sports activities
In accordance with Article 11 of the General Terms & Conditions, the User acknowledges and accepts that participation in training, matches and galas organised or found via MatchFighterX involves inherent risks of bodily injury. MatchFighterX is not liable for bodily injury, loss or other damage arising during such activities, whether offered by MatchFighterX itself or by a third party (organiser, gym).
Article 4 - Accuracy of information
4.1 MatchFighterX strives for correct and up-to-date information (including rankings, results, profiles and product information), but does not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or current at all times.
4.2 Rankings and results are partly based on data supplied by Users and organisers. MatchFighterX is not liable for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect data supplied by third parties.
Article 5 - Third-party content and selling Users
5.1 Products, services, profiles, photos and videos posted by other Users (gyms, sponsors, suppliers, resellers, photographers) are the responsibility of that User. MatchFighterX does not carry out prior, exhaustive checks on all posted content and accepts no liability for its accuracy, quality or lawfulness.

Article 6 - External links
MatchFighterX may contain links to third-party websites. MatchFighterX has no control over and is not responsible for the content or privacy policy of those external websites.
Article 7 - Availability of the Platform
MatchFighterX endeavours to keep the Platform available and functioning without errors, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free access and is not liable for damage resulting from (temporary) unavailability, maintenance or technical failures.
Article 8 - Intellectual property
All rights to the design, software and trademarks of MatchFighterX belong to MatchFighterX. For media uploaded by Users, the licence provision in Article 9 of the General Terms & Conditions applies.
Article 9 - Changes
MatchFighterX may change this disclaimer at any time. The most current version is available on the Platform.
Article 10 - Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by Dutch law, in accordance with Article 12 of the General Terms & Conditions.
